Training for Clinical, Leadership and Workplace Culture Needs
Showing Up Workshop
Timing: 1-4 hours
This session, focused on awareness and culture-building, is a deep dive into the process and applications of human care and support behaviors. Working in collaboration with one another, participants will uncover the behaviors that get us off track and the science of how human care works.
This eye-opening session fosters team ideas for culture transformation, as well as inspiring and encouraging them to discuss how to be and bring more of their authentic selves into the workplace.
This workshop operationalizes key building blocks for flourishing cultures of supportive care, and empowering and motivating them with the growth, support skills, and caring actions critical to drive connection-centered culture change.
Awkward Zone Workshop
Timing: 1-2 hours
This fundamental training module helps each participant understand what barrier behaviors they have in their personal “Awkward Zone™” — that place of someone is struggling, but not knowing what to say or do.
Some are eager to help support others but don’t know how to start; others don’t think it’s their business to get involved; others want to figure out how to prioritize supportive care, accountability, and productivity at the same time.
Participants walk away from this workshop understanding what stops them from showing up and connecting more deeply, and with the skills to support those in and around them at work and at home.
Supportive Leadership Workshop
Timing: 2-4 hours
Today’s leaders need to be ready to support the full employee, which includes knowing how to holistically respond to all situations involving crisis, trauma, loss, mental health, burnout, and a host of other circumstances that leave employees disengaged. This hands-on workshop works through processes, strategies, checklists, and audits to level up skills in being a confident “Future Proof” leader.
Through this in-depth leadership workshop, participants can expect to acquire the awareness, skills, and strategy to support employees. This workshop provides the long-term tools and strategies to save managers and leaders time, taking a burden off their backs and providing stress reduction.
